A conclusion for my business research!

Finally here comes the conclusion which I want to find out how is the quality of food, service and also environment of Domino's Pizza! 

In a nutshell, the quality of Domino's pizzas are considered good as the respondents of my interview comment the pizzas taste better compared to other brand pizzas and the ingredients or toppings are delicious enough to satisfie the needs of them. However, there is some recommendation that Domino's Pizza to improve on their food and drinks which is they can provides more choices of flavour to consumers so that the consumers can always try new and special things. Besides that, they can provides free flow drinks to the consumers because nowadays all the youngsters prefer to have plenty of time chit chat at the outlet,so free flow drinks can allow them to sit more longer there.

Furthermore, for the quality of services of Domino's Pizza is not good as expectation. The customers complain about the time to wait for pizzas to serve and the time to wait for table or seat that is available are much much longer than other fast food restaurant. Besides that,the customers also complain about the services of the waiter or waitress that serve to the customers should smile more and be polite. Domino's pizza should find out some solutions or methods in order to solve this issue as soon as possible.

In addition, the quality of environment is considered average or moderate. The customers comment about the space inside the outlet is small because they can really take their meals in a more comfortable condition,the chairs and tables are not comfortable enough also. Domino's Pizza can provides sofa inside their outlet so that the consumers can take their meals in a more relaxing condition and they can increase the spaces inside the outlet.

My interview results



The quality of food 

There are 90% of respondents comment that the taste of Domino's Pizza taste good while 10% of respondents comment that the taste is moderate.


There are 50% of respondents choose Chicken Pepperoni as their favourite flavour,30% of respondents choose Ultimate Hawaii as their favourite flavour while 20% of respondents choose Aloha Chicken as their favourite flavour.


There are 50% of respondents like to take 9'' inch regular pizza,25% like to take 6'' inch personal pan pizza,13% like to take 12'' inch large pizza and 13% like to take the Xtra large pizza.


There are 50% respondents prefer Crunchy thin crust,30% prefer Classic hand tossed and 20% prefer New York crust.





Quality of customer service


There are 50% of respondents comment that the customer service of Domino's Pizza is moderate,30% comment that it is good and 20% comment that it is bad.


There are 40% of respondents comment that it takes around 5-10 minutes to wait for the pizza to serve,another 40% comment that it takes 11-15 minutes and 20% comment that it takes 16-20 minutes.


There are 40% of respondents comment that it is fast to have available seats, another 40% comment that it is moderate and 20% comment that it is slow.




Quality of environment


There are 40% of respondents comment that the environment of Domino's Pizza is good and relaxing, another 40% comment that the environment is bad and 20% comment that it is moderate.


There are 50% of respondents comment that the music playing inside Domino's Pizza outlet is moderate,30% comment that the music is bad and 20% comment that the music is nice.


There are 80% of respondents comment that the spaces inside the Domino's Pizza outlet is small while 10% comment that the spaces is moderate and another 10% comment that the spaces is big.


There are about 40% of respondents comment that the chairs and tables inside Domino's Pizza outlet is comfortable & suitable, another 40% comment that the chairs and tables are considered moderate while 20% comment that they are not acceptable.

I use video recording to record the interview with Domino's Pizza customers. I have interviewed with 10 customers of Domino's Pizza asking their opinion about quality of food,services and environment. The customers of Domino's Pizza treated me friendly therefore my interview was going smoothly and successfully.
